Preliminary Results from a Recent Informational Survey
We recently completed an informational survey on the current state of remote collaboration.
Learned the following:
* Fortune 500 companies succeeds in their remote collaborative projects due to their focus on risk-aversion and a single person project definition; and
* Smaller companies from Asia succeeds in their global collaborative projects due to group collaboration and mininum risk-taking.
Discovered that the key success point of a remote collaboration project is the definition of the big picture and its connecting specific objectives.
Everyone does it differently. What makes it work is the project culture.
More detailed information on our survey will be found in our soon-to-be-released white paper.
Please send your questions and inquiries to service (at) collaboration360 (dot.) com
Thanks!
